Shipping and Delivery

Depending on what day of the week you place your order on and whereabouts you are in the country will depend on when you receive your order. If your pieces are in stock we will aim to post them off to you within 7 days of your order being placed.

If your items are not in stock then they will be made to order which can take up to 3 - 6 weeks. If there is something that you need urgently please get in contact with us directly at hello@poppyandsage.co.nz

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

-  NZ Post. Delivery takes 1- 4 Business Days depending on location

-  NZ Post for International orders. Delivery takes 1 - 3 Weeks depending on location.

Refunds

If something has arrived that you are unhappy with, please let us know by emailing hello@poppyandsage.co.nz so that we can help you with that. We would hate to think you had bought something that wasn’t quite right from us for you or your family.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

-  Good is broken;

-  Good does not match the description;

-  Good is the wrong size; or

-  Good does not meet the purchaser's expectations.

Returns can be made by post. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Pack up your items safely and send us an email at hello@poppyandsage.co.nz and we can let you know the best place to post it back to.
